The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Minimum annual Financial Turnover * Positive net worth or Solvency certificate of required value * Proof of experience of Similar Nature of Work * Physical criteria experience The bidder must have completed similar nature of work, i.e., Water supply Projects / Under Ground Drainage Projects, within the last seven financial years. The value of similar works completed is as follows: * One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.42,33,44,082.00 * Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.26,45,90,052.00 each * Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.21,16,72,041.00 each No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must have successfully commissioned at least one similar project with operation & maintenance for a minimum of 1-year after commissioning, inclusive of the defect liability period, in a single completed contract amounting to Rs.21,16,72,041.00. Alternatively, the bidder must have successfully completed operation and maintenance for a minimum of 1-year in a single completed contract of similar nature amounting to Rs.18,84,402.00.
