The bidder should have experience in Hydro/Thermal Power Plant maintenance works. Specifically, they should have executed/completed similar works and carried out similar work satisfactorily for a minimum of 1 year, during the last 7 years. The similar work refers to "Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance contract of Hydro power plant/Thermal power plant, having unit capacity of 50 MW (Each Unit) or above capacity, along with associated equipment". Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed: 1. One order of value not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, OR 2. Two orders, each of value not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, OR 3. Three orders, each of value not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, various designations have specific experience requirements, such as a Manager/Sr. Engineer with 3 years of experience, a Supervisor/Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and a Foreman with 12 years of experience in a Hydro/Thermal Power Plant or 5 years of experience with an I.T.I qualification. Other designations like Crane Operator, Welder, Sr. Electrician, and others have experience requirements ranging from 1 to 5 years.
