The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in Construction of building work, highway (road and/or bridge works), or airport runway. The required prior work experience includes: - Similar work experience of at least one similar work of 40% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 1,78,13,230/-. - Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of civil engineering construction works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. - Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. - Experience of executing airport runway works (and/or bridge works) with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of the proposed contract is approximately Rs. 4.46 crores. The bidder should have completed at least 40% of this amount in similar work, which is Rs. 1,78,13,230/-. The works are considered substantially completed if they are at least 90% completed. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24).
