The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor on similar scope of works over the last 5 years. The bidder should have successfully executed and completed supplying, laying, lowering, and commissioning of underground gravity drainage pipeline and related works of minimum 9.4 km length in similar projects. Additionally, the bidder should have substantially completed at least 1 Project of similar nature having 3.5 km length. The bidder should also provide project-wise experience as a Prime Contractor on similar scope of works over the last 5 years, with details including name of contract, location, employer's name and address, date of award, scope of work, value of contract, and project completion date. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.33.80 Crore in the preceding 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs.4.50 Crore. The profit before tax for any 3 years out of the last 5 consecutive financial years should be positive, and the net worth for 3 out of 5 consecutive financial years ending on 31st March 2024 should be more than Rs.2.25 Crore. The Financial turnover & Cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 5% per year based on rupee value to bring them to 2023-2024 price level.
