The required prior work experience for the bidder is the successful experience of similar work. The bidder must have experience of successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works with an updated costing of not less than Rs. 190.69 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost) each. - Two similar completed works with an updated costing of not less than Rs. 238.37 Lakh (50% of the estimated cost) each. - One similar completed work with an updated costing of not less than Rs. 381.39 Lakh (80% of the estimated cost). Alternatively, the experience required is "Three similar completed works updated costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost." The estimated cost is Rs. 475.17 Lakh, and 40% of this amount is Rs. 190.07 Lakh, but another estimate cost is Rs. 143.02 Lakhs, so the amount for similar works is 40% of this, which is Rs. 57.21 Lakhs. The bidder needs to provide details of similar work experience, including the name of the work, date of completion, amount of work (in Rs. Lakh), enhancement factor, and updated amount (in Rs. Lakh). A copy of the completion certificate of the work (Form 3A) must be submitted by the bidder.
