The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum of 5 years of experience for the Project Manager. The bidder should have experience in the construction of any building project having an RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 97.00 Lakh. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value. The bidder's Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 265.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should provide information on their experience in similar work, including similar work experience of the last five years and cumulative work on hand along with a copy of Workorders. The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. A specific percentage of 20% is mentioned as the Bank Solvency amount valid up to the bid validity period, and another percentage of 25% is mentioned as cash investment or Bank Certificate. A 1% labor cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules. The bidder's prior work experience should demonstrate their capability to execute and complete the work as per the technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion. The bidder should provide accurate information on any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or under execution by them over the last five years. The maximum amount of work awarded to a Service Provider shall be as per the table, with a maximum amount up to which work can be awarded, such as Rs. 75.00 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "B" class, Rs. 100.00 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "A" class, and Rs. 150.00 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "AA" class. The calculation formula for Assessed Available Bid Capacity is: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next period, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited.
