Additionally, the bidder should have a cumulative work experience of similar works in the last five years, and the assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The percentage of similar works completed mentioned is 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The amount of similar work completed is Rs. 127.00 Lakh, and the percentage of cash investment is 25%.
