The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. For the position of Project Manager, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next period. The bidder should have completed works with a value that allows them to have an available bid capacity more than the total estimated cost of the works. The maximum amount of work awarded to a bidder will depend on their R&B registration class, with a maximum amount of up to Rs. 75 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "B" class, up to Rs. 100 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "A" class, and up to Rs. 150 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less, for "AA" class. One similar completed work is required, specifically an RCC building with a Frame Structure of G+1, with a Completion Certificate or 3A Certificate issued by a Competent Govt./Semi Govt. Authority as proof.
