The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. The bidder should have experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should have completed at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 113.00 Lakh. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least the annual value of contract/contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed is 40 percent. The bidder should also provide a certificate from the employers along with the application, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. The bidder's experience and resources should be sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the qualification criteria, including general and particular experience, personnel and equipment capabilities, and financial positions. The bidder should provide a detailed construction planning and methodology supported with layout and necessary drawings and calculations to allow the employer to review their proposals. The numbers, types, and capacities of each plant/equipment shall be shown in the proposals along with the cycle time for each operation for the given production capacity to match the requirements. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
