The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of 5 years for the position of Project Manager. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 119.00 Lakh is required. The bidder should also have similar work experience of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract/contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years, with a specified Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 325.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should have a cumulative work on hand, and the Bank Solvency should be amounting to 20% of the estimated amount.
