The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of 5 years in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of similar work experience is mentioned as 111.00 Lakh for one similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1). The bidder should also have a cumulative work experience of similar works in the last five years. The percentage mentioned is 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract for similar work experience. Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. Other values mentioned include Rs. 304.00 Lakh as the annual financial turnover and 20% of the estimated amount for bank solvency. The bidder should also have an MOU with an Electrical Contractor having a minimum “B” Class registration.
