The bidder should have experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, with a value of 116.00 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder should have similar work experience of the last five years. One similar completed work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 116.00 Lakh is required. The bidder should also have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The value of similar works completed is considered in the calculation of the available bid capacity, calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 317.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract and have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
