The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of 5 years for the Project Manager position. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing at least one contract of Building (RCC Frame structure G+1), of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in the construction of any building project having an RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, with an amount of 103.00 Lakh. Furthermore, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure G+1) amounting to Rs. 103.00 Lakh. The bidder is also required to have an Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 281.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The assessed available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. The specific formula for calculation is: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B = Value at current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The maximum amount of work awarded to a Service Provider is based on their R&B Registration Class, with limits of Rs. 75 crore or bid capacity for "B" class, Rs. 100 crore or bid capacity for "A" class, and Rs. 150 crore or bid capacity for "AA" class. The bidder should also have a Bank Solvency amounting to 20% of the Estimated amount valid up to the bid validity period.
