For Past Performance, the bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: * 50% of bid quantity * Last three Financial years Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: * Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made, if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference. * BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) registration, specifically IS 13252 Part 1 (2010) for the supplied stores. * Certification / Test Report: Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. * BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide documentation to prove their eligibility for exemption from Turnover/Experience Criteria, if applicable, and a certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content, if they want to avail the purchase preference for "Make in India" products, with a minimum local content of 30% for Class 1 local supplier and 20% for Class 2 local supplier.

Class-I and Class-II Local suppliers are eligible to bid.
