The required prior work experience for the bidder involves similar assignments in infrastructure planning, monitoring, and execution for the development of high-end electronics and semiconductor clusters. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. The required prior work experience is as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 40000000. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50000000. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80000000. However, in some cases, the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. The bidder's experience and turnover are evaluated based on their past performance, with higher scores awarded for more extensive experience and higher turnover. The bidder should have experience for a number of years as indicated in the bid document of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, with the experience ending on the month of March prior to the bid opening. Copies of relevant contracts/orders need to be uploaded along with the bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year. The weightage for work experience is 10 marks. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual financial turnover. The evaluation parameters for the proposed manpower include experience in high-end industrial infrastructure planning, familiarity with global benchmarks and best practices, and experience with high-tech industrial park development. The scoring for the technical evaluation includes 10 marks for full-time technical/engineering/management professionals on payroll, with scores ranging from 3 marks for 1000-2000 professionals to 10 marks for more than 5001 professionals. The average turnover from consultancy service in specialized/high-end industrial infrastructure projects during the last 3 audited financial years is also evaluated, with scores ranging from 3 marks for Rs. 100 Cr to Rs. 500 Cr to 10 marks for more than Rs. 2500 Cr.
