The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works, specifically: - Three similar or building completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (90 LACS). - Two similar or building completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (115 LACS). - One similar or building completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost (185 LACS). The similar works should include construction of RCC Framed structure Building in the immediate last five years as a main contractor for any government department or semi-government department, central or state autonomous body, or public sector undertaking. Additionally, the lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of construction work executed in any one year during the last five years, using the formula: (A*N*2)-B), where A = Maximum value of construction work executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
