The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works under Govt./ Semi Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Body working under Govt. of India/ Public Limited company / Private Organization during the last 7 years. The similar works should be either of the following: i. Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.970.98 Lakhs. ii. Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1213.72 Lakhs. iii. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 1941.95 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The work done amount of similar work should be excluding GST. Additionally, proposals for subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the bid price are required. For Joint Venture (JV) firms, the lead partner should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 970.98 Lakhs. The average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least Rs. 728.23 Lakhs. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next 'N' years.
