The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of similar works executed during the last five years. The details of this experience should include monetary value, clients, and proof of satisfactory completion. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder must have completed similar works with specific values, which are: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than Rs. 301.94 Lakhs (excluding GST) - Two similar completed works, each work costing not less than Rs. 377.42 Lakhs (excluding GST) - One similar completed work, costing not less than Rs. 603.87 Lakhs (excluding GST) Similar works include construction of all types of building work with or without construction of permanent fencing walls, including allied civil works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of the monetary value of similar works completed during the last five years, including the number of works and value, for the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should undertake to employ certified workers to the extent of 20% of the total strength. The bidder should also provide information on the equipment requirement, managerial/manpower requirement, project planning, and quality control procedure to be adopted. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the lead partner should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 301.94 Lakhs (excluding GST) as per the Minimum Eligibility Criteria.
