The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than Rs. 1916.87 Lakhs (Excluding GST) - Two similar completed works, each work costing not less than Rs. 2396.09 Lakhs (Excluding GST) - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 3833.74 Lakhs (Excluding GST) The "Similar Work" is defined as having experience of Construction work of Institutional/Residential/Commercial RCC framed structure building with Piling, external development works, Electrical, Water supply, Firefighting, all complete work of a building constructed during the last 7 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide certificates and documents to substantiate the similarity of work. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the lead partner should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 1916.87 Lakhs as per Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The works reckoned for the above purpose are those executed by the tenderer as prime contractor or proportionately as member of joint venture or as a subcontractor, authorized and approved by the Employer of the work(s) against which the tenderer has claimed his experience. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, a multiplier factor, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the subject contract.
