The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar work, with specific details to be provided for each sub-contractor. The bidder should have experience of similar works executed during the last seven years, which can be in Paver works or Road Works. The required prior work experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 269.54 Lacs (Excluding GST) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 336.93 Lacs (Excluding GST) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 539.08 Lakhs (Excluding GST) The bidder must have completed at least one of the above-mentioned similar works. The cost of similar works is exclusive of GST. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder needs to provide information on the value of sub-contracts and experience in similar work for each sub-contractor. Subcontract experience will be considered for prequalification only if it was carried out for the government. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs 202.15 Lacs during the last three years and have trained and certified workers, with at least 20% of the total workforce being certified. For joint ventures, companies with at least 26% equity holding each are allowed to jointly meet the eligibility criteria. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
