The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of Construction work of Institutional/Residential/Commercial RCC framed structure building with external development works, Electrical, Water supply etc. The bidder should have completed similar works costing not less than ₹349.09 lakhs (excluding GST) in the last 7 years. Alternatively, the bidder can also qualify with: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than ₹174.54 lakhs (excluding GST). - Two similar completed works, each work costing not less than ₹218.18 lakhs (excluding GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than ₹349.09 lakhs (excluding GST). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have one similar completed work costing not less than ₹349.09 lakhs (excluding GST). In case of work experience completed as a subcontractor, the subcontract experience will be considered for qualification only if the work was carried out for Govt./Autonomous Body working under GoI/Semi Govt., or Public Limited companies. The bidder should have executed at least one similar work costing ₹130.91 Lakhs (excluding GST) as per minimum eligibility criteria. Note that the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years.
