The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works under Govt./ Semi Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Body working under Govt. of India/ Public Limited company (listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange), private organization during the last 7 years. The similar works mean the tenderer should have completed any type of Construction of Building work successfully in that particular contract during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 111.76 Lakhs (excluding GST). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 139.70 Lakhs (excluding GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 223.53 Lakhs (excluding GST). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 83.82 Lakhs during the last three years. For work experience in a private organization, the bidder must provide TDS certificates and a CA certificate stating that the amount shown in the TDS certificate has been received with respect to the work experience submitted by the bidder. Subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the bid price is allowed, with the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant field to be annexed.
