Bidders must have successfully executed or be executing similar works valued at: (i) three completed works costing no less than Rs. 1.00 Crore each; (ii) two completed works costing no less than Rs. 1.25 Crore each; or (iii) one completed work costing no less than Rs. 2.00 Crore, within the last seven years. 'Similar Works' are defined as mechanical works involving piping and associated works in the hydrocarbon sector (refineries, petrochemicals, onshore oil and/or gas processing plants, fertilizers, oil and/or gas terminals, oil or gas installations, oil or gas pipelines, LNG facilities), metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, or power plants (excluding solar and wind). Values are adjusted to current costs using a 7% annual simple interest rate from completion to tender offer deadline. For ongoing projects, 80% value-wise completion is considered. Separate purchase orders for the same job in the same project are treated as a single order.
