The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing works of certain monetary values within a specified time frame. The substantial completion of similar works should be based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The required prior work experience can be fulfilled in one of the following ways: 1. Successfully completing or substantially completing three works, each of Rs. 49.34 Crores, 2. Two works, each of Rs. 61.67 Crores, 3. One work of Rs. 98.67 Crores in a single contract of similar nature of work on EPC Mode/Turn Key (Design & Build) Basis during the last 07 years. The similar nature of work includes composite work of various buildings and structures, including components of Civil Building works, Electrification, and E&M services. The value of executed works and consultancy shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
