The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in completion of Rigid / Flexible Pavement works in Airfield, National Highways/ Expressways, Harbour pavements, State Highways with MORTH specifications. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three consultancy works for the project, each of Rs 64.60 crores or two consultancy works for the project, each of Rs. 80.75 crores or one consultancy work for the project of Rs 129.20 crores in single contract of similar nature. The value of similar works completed are mentioned as Rs 64.60 crores, Rs 80.75 crores, and Rs 129.20 crores. For substantial completion, it should be based on 80 (eighty) percent of awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, such as SITC of High Mast Flood Lighting / Street Lighting / Perimeter Road Lighting Work, with a client certificate showing the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion, and satisfactory/substantial completion of work. The experience should be gained during the last 07 (seven) years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited, i.e., 30.11.2024. The bidder should also have a valid Electrical License issued by the appropriate authority for Apron Flood/Mast Lighting / Isolation Bay Lighting / Perimeter Road Lighting work. The bidder's experience should be substantiated with a client certificate, and for non-government/non-PSU organizations, a copy of the tax deduction at source certificate should be submitted in support of the claim for having experience of the stipulated value of work. In terms of specific percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least 80% of the awarded cost or more value-wise works under the contract for substantial completion.
