(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : a) With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying graded granular material (moorum) in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in thickness (each layer) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layers with power road roller 8-10 tonne, under optimum moisture content to give density not less than that specified of the maximum modified standard proctor density at OMC including levelling, fine dressing to the required camber, grade and slope etc. complete. The K-value of 30MN/M3 shall be ensured on top of this layer (payment to be made for the compacted quantity only).

Supplying and laying stone soling with stone boulders of size 150 mm to 225 mm in layers not exceeding 225 mm thick including hand packing with small stone chips and binding materials (gravel or moorum) including watering and copacting with road roller/ hand rammer as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Nothing extra to be paid for packing the voids and making surface levelled)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Note: Average lead of 1km is considered within premises of Airport)

Provision of Structural designing for DVOR Building at Surat International Airport for preparation of structural drawings, detailed working drawings (good for Construction) and Structural vetting for footing/slab / beams etc. from NIT /IIT. The designer will also provide working drawings for all excavation, footings, all types of beam lintels including reinforcement detailing & toilet blocks with fitting locations etc complete directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: The contractor will submit a set of 03 colour drawings each velted from NIT/IIT on A1 size.)
