The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 223.75 Lakh or two works, each of Rs. 279.69 Lakh or one work of Rs. 447.50 Lakh in single contract of similar nature of “Building works with RCC framed structure including water supply & sanitary installation, drainage work, water proofing works.” during last 07 (Seven) years. Substantial completion shall be based on 80 (eighty) percent (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the required amount, and the details of these works should be provided in Form-A. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50% of it being from engineering (civil) construction work, in any of the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed at least 50% of the similar works in the last 7 years. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 198.02 Lakh on construction works during the last three years. The bidder should have a minimum net worth of Rs. 83.91 Lakh, which should be certified by a Chartered Accountant in Form-C. The net worth should not have eroded by more than 30% in the last three years. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the execution of Civil Engineering Works, with a maximum value in any one year during the last 5 years, updated to the current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of interest of 7% per annum.
