Housekeeping of A.O. building premises such as general cleaning of common areas, cleaning the floors of the office premises, including stair cases & passages, lifts, etc. by sweeping / mopping and cleaning using phenol, disinfectant, etc. as directed, removal of cobwebs, cleaning of windows/ ventilators / partition glass panes, daily removal of dry waste from waste bins placed in the office premises and disposing the same in the garbage bin located at the backside of AO Building or as directed, all fans to be cleaned once in a month, etc. Note: (1) Work to be carried out daily excluding Sundays, 2nd and 4th Saturdays and Port holidays between 7.30hrs to 12.30hrs & 14.00hrs to 17.00hrs by deploying min. 12 nos. of labour per day in which Minimum 4 male labour to be deployed per day. (2) Areas included for housekeeping- All four floors of Administrative office building, CISF gate office at AOB gate, drivers' room, telephone exchange (EPBX), electrical room, HRD centre. Contractor to provide uniform to workman.
