Two Nos 8 Passenger capacity Lift (compatible make for existing lift) with 7 landings (G+6) floors, Lift No. 1 and 2, installed at HQ KNA.

Four Nos 26 Passenger capacity Lift (compatible make for existing lift) with 4 Landings ( G+ 3) floors, Lift No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, installed at INHS Patanjali.

One No Goods Lift capacity of 2000 Kg (make: Kone and compatible make for existing lift) with 2 Landings ( G+1) floors installed at Cool & Cold room bldg at BV Yard.

Notes for item No 1.1 to 1.5:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for the following accessories:- (a) Any consumable required, replacement of door belt, rail guide nut bolts, welding work, minor spare parts/routine material required as directed by GE for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the accepting officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares /routine material. (b) Replace the gear oil, bearing of gear & motor with necessary manufacturer recommended lubricants whenever necessary and all parts of the lift will be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep them both mechanically and electrically in perfect working condition. (c ) Replace of interlock for hoistway door, lift roller, alarm speeker of existing capacity, duplex type push buttons for car and landing doors. (d) Replace of LED light fitting of car cabin any wattage and shape as per requirement. (e) Replace of magnet tray of rail guide, rail guaide joint with nut bolts, fixing bracket. (f) Replacement of wiring of COP, LOP, Level Indicator, Control Panel, ventilation fan and wiring connection of motor and replacement of safety card /mother board card / transformer of control/ARD Panels as per existing capacity if required. (g) Rewinding of DC Brake coil with cover plate, brake shoe liner, Motor terminal connection box with lugs/bolts as per site if required.

(h) Replacement of door drive /door motor suitable for doors of lifts as per site requirement. (j) Replacement of MCB/RCCB/RCBO/Power contactor any capacity/relay any capacity/floor sensor limit switch any type/cable connectors of any type and capacity as per site reuirement. (k) Painting of all equipment/machineris/MS structure/panels etc. at lift machine room by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) by spray painting (ii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as per particular specification. (iii) Systematically examine & adjust the fiollowing components :- (a) Motor, Rotating elements, commutat)or, brushs, oil level and other mechanical parts. (b) Controllers, selector, levelling Drives, Mechanical and electrical driving equipments. (c) Governor, Governor sheaves, shaft assembly, Bearing, contact, Governor Jaws and check Governor wirnig connection, repair if required and check proper earthing of lift machine and control panel. (d) Car and Landing door push buttons of duplex type, position indicators, replace if required as per existing.

(e) Interlocks on hoistway Door, Hoistway Door Hangar, Car door, safety shoes, load weighting equipment, Car frame, car safety, guide shoe, magnet tray, lift roller, belt for doors, carriage, contact, fixing bracket, skate Mechanical and Platform. (f) Check and repair of damage Internal wiring connection of controllers, lift panel and ARD to lift machine, Cop wiring, Lop wiring ventilation fan, LED lights and lift display. (g) Resistance Testing of earthing system. (iv) Replace/Repair any broken/damage mechanical parts of the lifts. (v) Complaint/ breakdown will be attended/rectified within maximum 3 to 4 hours after informing the complaint by the undersigned or his authorised rep, otherwise penalty of 500/per day will be levied as penalty. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the Concerned JE at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (vii) The contractor shall carryout the comprehensive maintenance of the lifts catered under subjected work through the original Equipment Manufacturer of that lift of from their accredited/ authorised agencies only. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per site requirement.

S&F in replacement Car Operating Panel (COP) complete set as per existing suitable for the following capacity lifts installed at HQ KNA, Patanjali, NOM, NSRY and BV Yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the car operating panel all as specified and as directed.

2000 Kg capacity Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg capacity Goods Lifts (G+2).

S&F in replacement Overload Sensor as per existing suitable for the following capacity lifts installed at HQ KNA, Patanjali, NOM, NSRY and BV Yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the overload sensor all as directed.

S&F in replacement Full Height Infra Red Door Beam Sensor as per existing suitable for the following capacity lifts installed at HQ KNA, Patanjali, NOM, NSRY and BV Yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the full height infra red door beam sensor all as specified and directed.

8 Passanger capacity Lifts (G+1, G+2 & G+6) and 26 Passanger capacity Lifts (G+3).

2000 Kg capacity Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg capacity Goods Lifts (G+2).

M&L required for complete overhauling of Machine unit of 26 passenger capacity lift/ 2000 Kg or 1500 Kg Goods Lift comprising of replacement of gear bearing, motor bushings , machine oil seal kit, 220 V DC break coil suitable for of 15 Hp motor , including proper greasing of bearings , replacement of old unserviceable nut and bolts, including placing of safety cover to machine unit pully and movable parts etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above rated quoted including the guard to be provided for safety of moving part as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All discreption as per item no 5.00 here-in before, but machine unit of 8 passanger capacity lift.

S&F in replacement of machine Encoder including required suitable size wiring connection completet all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of maintainance free batteries of capacity 12 Volts, 18Ah suitable for automatic rescue device of lift motor of cap 15 HP complete alongwith newbattery lead of copper conductor of 10 Sqmm cross-sectional area, multistranded, single core, PVC insulated fitted with lugs/ terminals at one end and brass terminals at other end, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The battery lead replaced shall have colour as per colour coding, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of cabin fan suitable for existing lift of Make: Omega, having sweep 300mm , min speed 2200 RPM, Air delivery 60CMM and min power 75W with rotatig grille and overload thermal protector complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair announciator system panel as per existing suitable for 8 Passanger Lift (G+2 & G+6), 26 Passanger Lift (G+3), 2000 Kg Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg Goods Lift (G+2) installed at NSRY, HQ KNA, NOM, BVY and Patanjali complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the announciator system panel all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable steel wire rope and supply and fix new main steel wire rope of 10 mm/12mm /13 mm dia as per site requierment, of ungalvanised 8/19 construction including necessary connection all as specified and directed. Note: The make of the rope should conform to current IS standars and test certificate in respect of the rope to be produced

Taking down unserviceable steel Governor rope and supply and fix new governor rope of 8 mm /10 mm dia as per site requirement, of ungalvanised 8/19 construction including necessary connection all as specified and directed. Note: The make of the rope should conform to current IS standars and test certificate in respect of the rope to be produced

S&F in replacement VF3 Drive upto 15 HP/20 HP capacity control panel as per existing suitable for 8 Passanger Lift (G+2 & G+6), 26 Passanger Lift (G+3), 2000 Kg Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg Goods Lift (G+2) installed at NSRY, HQ KNA, NOM, BVY and Patanjali complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the VF3 drive all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Automatic Rescue Device having capacity 96 Volts, suitable for lift having capacity 7.5/10/15 HP, upto 25 Amps, 960 RPM, 440 Volts AC supply as incomer, conforming to recent IS standards suitable for 8 passanger capacity lift of G+2- 03 landing installed at NSRY, 8 passanger capacity lift G+1 - 02 landing, installed at NOM, 8 passanger capacity lift G+6 - 07 landing, installed at HQ KNA, of Make: Omega, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the control wiring required for the connection of new ARD alongwith batteries with the main drive assembly of the lift, testing of the ARD system after installation.

All discreption as per item no 14.00 here-in-before, but ARD suitable for 26 passanger capacity lift, G+3- 04 landings, 2000 Kg Goods lift of G+1-02 Landing and 1500 Kg Goods Lift, G+2- 03 landings installed at INSH Patanjali, BV Yard and NSRY.

S&F in replacement Landing Operating panel (LOP) complete set as per existing suitable for 8 Passanger capacity Lifts (G+1, G+2 & G+6) and 26 Passanger capacity Lifts (G+3) installed at NSRY, HQ KNA, NOM, and Patanjali complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the Landing Operating panel all as specified and directed.

All discription as per item no 16.00 here-in-before, but suitable for 2000 Kg capacity Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg capacity Goods Lifts (G+2) installed at NSRY & BVY.

S&F in replacement of shaft information system with junction Box suitable for 8/26 Passanger Lift and 1500 Kg / 2000 Kg Goods Lift installed at various location complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Travelling Cable as per existing core and size suitable for 8 Passanger Lifts (G+6), 26 Passanger Lifts (G+3) installed at HQ KNA and Patanjali, 8 Passanger Lifts (G+1 & G+2), 2000 Kg Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg Goods Lifts (G+2) installed at NSRY, NOM and BVY complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the Travelling Cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of existing control system assembly panel of lifts to CAN bus integrated controller based on collective and selective control panel for trouble free efficiecy and longer life compatible for lift of Make: Omega, having main drive motor of capacity 7.5HP/10HP/15 HP, The lift is of 8 Passanger Lifts (G+1, G+2, G+6), 26 Passanger Lifts (G+3), 2000 Kg Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg Goods Lifts (G+2) installed at INHS Patanjali, NOM, HQ KNA, NSRY and BVY building at Naval base Karwar complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The above quoted rate includes the complete dismantling of the old panel and installing & testing of the new panel.

Supply and fix in replacement of 9/10 Watt bulkhead light for lift car movable area including commissioning of the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out ventilation exhaust from control panel room and refixing the same in original position after rewinding of burnt winding with original gauge of super enamel copper wire replacing the worn out parts including varnishing, heating and packing of following capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Landing Door with Header and frame as per existing size suitable for capacity of 8 Passanger Lifts ( G+6, G+1) installed at HQ KNA, NOM, NSRY complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of Landing Door with Header and frame as per existing size suitable for capacity of 26 Passanger Lifts (G+3)and 2000Kg Good lift at (G+1) installed at Patanjali and BV Yard complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of Car Door with Header and frame as per existing size suitable for capacity of 8 Passanger Lifts (G+6) HQ KNA complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of Car Door with Header and frame as per existing size suitable for capacity of 26 Passanger Lifts (G+3) installed at Patanjali complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for fixing of Mirror 4 mm thick inside the car cabin including all acessories for passenger/goods lifts complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for lay GI strip of size 32x6 mm from test point to lift machine room to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room incl all fixing accessories, proper porcelin/PVC plugs on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Supply & fixing in replacement of GI wire 4.0 mm and necessary clamps, shaddels, screws complete from machine room equipment to junction point/loop point/earth pit including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for painting on lift cabin ( 08/13 passenger lift) mild steel surfaces after proper covering of COP, hand rails, mirrors display board etc including lift landing door/car door preparation of old steel surface of cabin girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint( Ist grade quality) by spray painting including making good all distrubed surface of lift cabin of 08/13 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting on lift cabin ( 26 passenger/Goods Lift) mild steel surfaces after proper covering of COP,hand rails,mirrors display board etc including lift landing door/car door preparation of old steel surface of cabin girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) by spray painting including making good all distrubed surface of lift cabin of 26 Passenger/Goods Lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in replacement for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick bured directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanized earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel using GI or steel strip 32X6mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 80mm thick made of RCC (1:1:5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs, etc, mest, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick including taking down old unserviceable earth plate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing and refixing of lift car counter weight and alignment of rails in shaft wall properly grouting in rich concrete mix and large size fasteners with chemical bolt for fixing the fastener brackets (recommended product- Hill and fisher make) for 8 Passanger Lifts (G+2 & G+6), 26 Passanger Lift (G+3), 2000 Kg Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg Goods Lift (G+2) installed at NSRY, HQ KNA, NOM, BVY and Patanjali complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase, 415 volts wall mounted panel indoor type in Lift machine room in replacement factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on wall surface, IP-54 having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge : (i) Incomer MCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 63 Amps - 01 Nos (ii) Indicator Lamp for- 01 Set (Set of three) (iii) Aluminium bus bar with proper colour code -04 Nos as per existing size and lenght (iv) DP MCB C 10 Amps, 240 volt - 03 Nos (v) Digital Voltmeter with selector switches - 01 Nos (vi) Complete wiring with suitable size copper cable, thimble etc. (vii) RCCB C 63, 4Pole, 100mA capacity - 01 Nos. (viii) 3 pin 15/16 amp switch socket combination - 01 No (ix) fuse unit per phase - 01 set (x) complete painting with one coat primer of red oxide, paint over two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a)The panel should be procured through CPRI approved manufacturer. (b) The proper gland pacing for the cable entries to be provided.

Dismantling and taking out 15 HP motor from lift Control room and refixing the same in original position after rewinding of burnt winding with original gauge of super enamel copper wire replacing the worn out parts including varnishing, heating and packing of following capacity all as specified and directed.
