e) Lifting and refixing core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully, connecting primary/ secondary/ Neutral connections to the bushings assembly, fixing of tap change over including tightening of nuts, bolts, washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed.

k) Conducting the tests on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge and test results shall be signed both by the contractor and Engineer -in-Charge and kept on record.

Material and labour for rewinding of distribution (HT/LT) transformers of capacity up to 400 KVA by winding the defective coils with new copper wire as per I.S. of same gauge and existing size together with new insulated materials/ bracings before placing in to the transformer and assembling the coil with new insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer and recording the test results complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Material and labour for re-insulation of serviceable coils will be measured & paid separately under relevant items.]

Supply, jointing & testing straight through type cable joininting kit heat shrinkable 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for 3 core 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed.

Shifting the 11 KV RMU/VCB panel from existing site to another site within 5 Km distance range by Dismantling of HT cabless and bubars including LT busbar cable boxes and close the tall connected items of RMU/VCB for loading in to Vehicle with the help of crane, transportation to another site, unloading, cable connections of HT,including suitable foundation work, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 1 herein before but but transformer indoor/ outdoor type of capacity up to 400 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from both HT/ LT (primary & secondary) sides of the transformer, keeping them at safe side and taking out the but transformer indoor/ outdoor type of capacity 500 kVA to 750 kVA, 11 KV/ 0.433 KV, step down any make for carrying out complete overhauling which shall comprise of the following:-

Shifting the Transformer from existing site to another site within 25 Km distance range by Dismantling of HT and LT cables, jumpers and busbars including LT busbar cable boxes and close the all items of transformers for loading in to Vehicle with the help of crane, transportation to another site, unloading, cable connections both HT and LT, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 500 kVA to 750 kVA

M & L for Servicing of fuel centrifuge module flame proof electric motor 3 KW filtration system of CPP by dismantling of motor & outlet piping, transporting the motor to work shop for winding, GasKet Set, Bearings, Greasing Oiling & Reinstalling fuel centrifuge module flame proof electric motor 3 KW filtration system in original position, replacement of unserviceable meterals/spare parts for the fuel centrifuge module flame proof electric motor 3 KW filtration system of CPP and comissioning all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted includes cost of new items for replacement

(b) 63 kVA to 400 kVA

Material and labour for servicing of oil cooled Transformer of capacity 3000KVA , 33/11 KV by disconnecting incoming & outgoing power supply, cleaning the external surface of the transformer, checking the condition of the silica gel, breather assembly, buchholz relay,control wiring, rectifying the leakage of oil through the gasket or through the radiator fins, inspecting all the metering equipments, tightening all electrical connections checking & recording insulation resistance on both LV & HV sides, checking & recording earth resistance complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of diesel tank of CPP (Storage Tank) of capacity 60000 ltrs carefully by drining out fuel in the tank and disconnection from fuel system, descaling the diesel tank with water pressure and removing the complete sludge deposited, drying the tank, repair to any leakage, cleaning and testing of fuel line upto Fuel Pump inlet and preparation of old painted surfaces of diesel tank ((Storage Tank) of capacity 600 ltrs including all inlet and outlet pipes any of size, support channels complete with the all connected accessories complete and painting with two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed. Note:-1. Painting should be done with existing colour codes and painting should apply with the help of spary gun using air compressor. 2. Quotated rate shall deemed to be included for preparation of old painted surface.

Material and labour for re-insulating windings of HT/ LT distribution transformers of capacity up to 750 KVA / size/ type by strip opening of HT/ LT coils (i.e. Primary/ secondary coils) from core assembly safely, unwinding the HT/ LT coils (i.e. Primary/ secondary coils) complete, removing the old defective insulation paper and replacing with new DPC insulation to the copper conductor, re-varnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/ drying/ backing complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc. all as per IS 1986-87 complete all as specified and as directed

g) Refixing the top cover including replacement of cork sheet/ gasket 8mm thick, tightening of nuts/ bolts/ washers etc. and replacement of breather with silica gel crystal type all as directed by Engr-in charge

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

j) The inspection of transformer shall involve:- i) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts. Ii) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads and connection joints. iii) Checking all jumpers, terminations/ connections inside the transformer. iv) Checking the Buchholtz relay/ conservator MOG if any. v) Painting of transformer complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint externally transformer shell complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Inspection of tap changer, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only shall be measured & paid.

Supply and fix 110 V DC 200 AH full wave half controlled float cum boost charger 3 phase 4 wire suitable for AC input 415 V (-/+)10 % battery charger complete including dismantling old one complete. Make: Exide/ Amar Raja

a) Material and labour for lifting, transporting, handling, the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc. including disconnecting core assembly from HT/ LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/ body) of the transformer.

f) Refilling the filtered transformer oil in the shell of transformer complete.

Supply and fix including cable termination on wall 2 pole changeover switch with enclouser for DC output supply of 2 Nos 110 V DC 200 AH full wave half controlled float cum boost charger 3 phase 4 wire suitable for AC input 415 V (-/+)10 % battery charger.

Returning,filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in repair including testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, HT UG electric cable in ternches/wall/cable tray/saddling/GI pipe or specified as per site requirement with stranded aluminum conductor 11 KV grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm including taking down of old unserviceable cable.Note :- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperately

Supply, jointing & testing Indoor end termination cable joininting kit,heat shrinkable type 11 KV HT joint kit suitable for PVC / XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

h) Lifting/ shifting to the place from where removed or to any location as directed and re-installing the transformer including connecting primary/ secondary/ neutral connections etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

c) Material and labour for cleaning the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/ sludge/ foreign particles etc. from the bottom/ body of the transformer and drying up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil.

Supply & Laying in repair GI tubing light grade with necessary fittings as in cable protection in trenches/fixed on wall / floor including necessary clamps bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed of sizes 80mm dia

Note:- (i) Any damage to insulators/ bushes/ windings etc. while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to Department. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) Material and labour for rewinding/ re-insulation of HT/ LT (primary/ secondary) coils, bushes, studs, Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing in repairs maintenance free VRLA batteries consisting of 2V DC 200 AH -55 Nos with complete accessories i.e suitable size battery stand/rack,copper conductor,terminations lugs/strips etc complete including dismantling old one complete. Make: Exide/ Amar Raja
