Supply and laying of Double wall Corrugated ( DWC ) HDPE Pipe of 40 mm and inner dia 32mm Polyethylene (PE),confirming to IS- 16205 (Part-24) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for not to give any external pressure on LT Cable and protection of UG Cables including bends and couplings complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cm. all as specified

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Supply and laying of GI tubing light grade 40 mm with all fittings laid in trenches/road crossing/along the pole for protection of cable including taking out old GI tubing and making surface in condition all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing , in replacement, PVC copper cable ,FRLS, 3-in core of size 1.5sq mm for Connections of street light fittings all as specified and directed..

Supply & Fixing , in replacement, PVC copper cable ,FRLS, 3-in core of size 2.5sq mm for Connections of street light fittings all as specified and directed..

Supply & Fixing, in replacement, PVC conduit FRLS, medium grade pipe of size 20mm for protection of copper wire to be fixed on elect pole.

M&L for cleaning,scrubing and preparation of surfaces of PCC pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed. (a) Cement Base paint on all the sides of PCC pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic enamel paint one coat over the concrete surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning,scrubing and preparation of surfaces of Steel Tubular Pole and carrying out following phase of work all as directed. (a) Silver Enamel paint on all around the sides of Steel Tubular Pole, area above the zebra painting all as specified & directed. (b) carrying out painting by synthetic Silver enamel paint one coat over the rubbed surface of pole using black and yellow paint all as directed area above the pole coping upto 1.5 mtr and numbering the pole all as specified (c) Silver colour spray painting of mild steel bracket, clamps and nut, bolts all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of damaged coping of PCC pole by plastering and weather coat paint of PCC coping area all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street lights/Security lights/Flood lights fittings of any type and capacity from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings , checking its serviceability circuit board ,driver units,and carried out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections ,replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Replacement of old unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items.

Supply & Fixing of Rectangular MS Number plate of sizes 250mmX75mmX4mm fixed by welded on flat Clamps of suitable for PCC Street light Poles with making arrangements of both front and Rear clamps by means of 02 sets of 8mm size GI nuts and bolts. The engraving allotted number plates including both the clamps should be painted with Red oxide primers and two coats of enamel paints of yellow border and numbers should be written in white in colours on black background plate all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Circular/ Elipse type MS Number plate of sizes 200mmX60mmX4mm fixed by welded on Circular Clamps of suitable for Steel tubular Street light Poles with making arrangements of both front and Rear clamps by means of 02 sets of 8mm size GI nuts and bolts. The engraving allotted number plates including both the clamps should be painted with Red oxide primers and two coats of enamel paints of yellow border and numbers should be written in white in colours on black background plate all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in,making good of PCC hard standing to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 , exc.10 cm. but not exc.20 cm girth to ends or edges of landing,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Cutting Bituminous road in,making good with facing where required and pointing exc.30 cm. but not exc.1.0 mtr. girth to ends or edges of landing,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out from surrounding of pole upto 1 Mtr from coping of pole including removing vegetation any type from pole complete all as specified and directed

Trimming /cutting of tree branches /bushes obstructing the Street Light Poles/HT/LT lines making clear distance of 2.0 meter from the outer conductors of OH Lines/ poles all around including removing of branches/bushes of trees from site and disposed from the site all as specified and directed.( Note:- Cutting/Trimming of One Tree branches measured as One Each Job. Before cutting of branches ,shutdown whenever required shall be informed well in advance to JE/Engr-in-charge ,who shall make arrangements )

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in repair LT Panel board , outdoor canopy type, floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system of size not less than 900 mm x 840mm x 600 mm having busbars chamber with Aluminium bus bars of 400 Amps rating duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour mounted on porcelain insulators .The panels shall be made out of modular Polycarbonate thermoplastic enclosures. The enclosure shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of ERDA test report of degree of ingress protection IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane, while the material shall be internally embedded. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of type test report of board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The ERDA report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature rise, Dielectric properties, Short circuit withstand current-Rated peak & short time withstand current and rated conditional short circuit current effectiveness of protective circuits, clearance & Creepage distance mechanical operation.including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size including lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc all as directed at site.
