All as per item No. 1 herein before but for Two shift (ie. 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) for operation of One DG Set of 180 KVA at BSF KA-28 by one FGM per shift all as specified and directed

All as per item No.1 herein before but for Two shift (le 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) for operation of One DG Set of 250KVA and central type AC Plant of Capacity 3 x 30 TR (two plants to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) at Old BMF Area by one Ref Mech per shift all as specified and directed

All as per item No.1 herein before but for Three shift for operation of Package type Air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 5 TR (Two plants to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) at EW Workshop by one Ref Mech per shift all as specified and directed

Outsourcing of services for Receiving & attending the electric faults round the clock i.e. 24 Hours by one Electrician (Consisiting of 03 Shifts including Sunday and Holiday for maintain and re-store of electric supply at installations (ie Wardroom area at INS Hansa) including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units & all other associated works as directed

Outsourcing of services round the clock consisting of three shifts including Sundays and Holidays and maintenance of diesel driven generating set 625 KVA capacity installed at H-I Hanger and 4X60 TR central AC Plant and 500 KVA DG Set at MIG Simulator including connected electrical items such as ACBs and change over switch etc by one FGM per shift for three shifts in a day all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No. 8 herein before, but for three shifts for operation of central type air conditioning plant of capacity 6X24 TR (Two plants each to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) and 1 X 400 KVA DG set at Magazine testing missile bay by one FGM per shift for three shifts in a day all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No. 8 here in before, but for two shifts (ie from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs& 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) for one central type AC plant of capacity 2 x 37 TR (one plant to be run at a time and one will be the stand by) at BSF area by one Ref Mech per shift for two shifts in a day all as specified and as directed

Outsourcing of services for receiving & attending the electric faults for three shift round the clock including Sundays and Holidays for maintain and re-store of electric supply of installations at NAY (G) and BSF area North Side at INS Hansa including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units, Street lights & all other connected items by one Electrician per shift for Three shift in a day all as specified and as directed

Outsourcing of services for two Shifts (ie from 1800 hrs to 0200 hrs& 0200 hrs to 1000 hrs) including Sundays and Holidays for operation of ward room and Simulator pumps house by providing 01 (one) Ref Mech per shift including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, MCCB, Voltmeter. ammeter, panel board etc all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and as directed

Notes for Item No 1 to 12:- (a) DG set/AC Plant shall be operated as and when needed and as directed hours will considered as one shift and shift daily will be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per user requirement. (b) Maintenace of Ac plant as per manufacturer's instructions expect Comprehensive maint works of above AC plant. (c) Log sheet for recording daily running hours shall be maintained by the contractor in their installation and same will be checked by the Engr- in Charge periodically and daily by JE. (d) General cleanliness/removing of vegetation of respective installation surrounding area to be done regularly and the cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Cleaning of the cooling tower coil, AHU complete, cleaning of all parts with brush washing powder, refit all parts cleaning The cleaning shall be carried out twice in 11 months period as directed. The same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted (f) Consumption of DHPP will be regulated by the dept. However Contractor will make arrengement for filling only. (g) 33 Kv Hansa Sub Station is in ring main system between GSEB and 33KV MRS NOFRA. Individual should have thorough knowledge of the ring main system electric supply and should work on the line as and when required. (h) All electric safety precautions shall be follwed strictly as per indian standards (j) During any critical & emergent electric operartions requirement for above said areas individual to assist the DEL staff.

(k) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (l) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (m) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (n) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (o) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.

(p) It is responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all Electrician/operator/helper (as applicable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (q) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to GE and as well as officers detailed by labour department.
