Supply and lay 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality ) Water proof, wrinkle witout punvture having minimum weight 390gram / Sqm over tack coat / sand cushion as specified in the design with over lap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Note: Sand layer shall be measured and paid separatly and overlapping of HDPE sheet shall be included in this unit rate.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense , non-porous and durable pieces og crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sabd or combination of both using minimum 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including mixing of non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate specified by manufactuerer , PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed,as per required surface texturing as specified in clause No. 10.1, 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017.

Note:-
(1) Supply of Polyester non-circular fibre as secondary reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.
(2) All joints shall be measured and paid separately.
(3) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same.
(4) Finishing including brooming shall be carried out strictly as per laid down instructions.
(5) Numbering of PQC slabs shall be engraved using brass letters of approved size and thickness.

M&L for forming 25mm width expansion joints in concrete slab full depth of PQC by early entry with saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt,oil, vegetation and other debriesthen joint filled with pre-moulded 25mm thick compressiable polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified , therafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movements at an interval of 30min before placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link, polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum movement accomadation factor (MAF) of + 30 %

Note:- (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the time of final cutting.
(2) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting.
(3) Final cutting, rounding of edges, inserting filler board, use and waste of back up rod over and to prevent the filler board & to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days.
(4) Applying marking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the marking tape after sealant is applied as required.

M&L for cutting construction joint 25mm deep 10mm by early entry with saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt,oil, vegetation and other debries , application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movements at an interval of 30min before placing the backup and pouring sealent, placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link, polyethylene foam packup rod of 12mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum movement accomadation factor (MAF) of + 30 % having minimum 10 years performance gurantee, applying masked tape on the edges of the joint

M & L for cutting out existing damaged concrete slab with cutter in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape correction of cracks, Edges, Repair of potholes and undulations Providing and laying of single component self-leveling PU based fast setting elastomeric concrete like ShaliPatch EC / DELPATCH or equivalent as approved by GE, after through mixing with and electrically operated paddle stirrer having setting time of 1 to 1 1/2 hour and yeild of 1800 kg/cum with a prior coat polyurethane based single component fast drying primer like ShaliPrime PUM or equilent applying @ 100ml/Sqm after cutting the damaged area to proper geometrical shape with min depth of 25mm and clearing the surface throughly with air jet.
