Supply and Fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws and necessary groove cutting in existing walls, including filling of gaps between wall and sheet with CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates ( Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of New steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks (exceeding 250Ltrs not exceeding 500 Ltrs), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over two coat of damp proof white new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plaster surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over two coat of damp proof white new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removal/Taking out wild growth, plants grown on external surface of building along pipe lines/roof till 4 storey and chemically treating the area/plastering the disturbed/damaged area with cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 without using extra cement with using 3% water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: Plastering and water proofing compound will be paid separately

Dismantling of ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix false ceiling work of aluminium anodized snap grid frame work, size of grid 605 X 605mm , 6mm thick Everest designer boards or equivalent (surface finished with one coat of Apex) fixed in Aluminium frame work with screws, including hangers 6mm dia, G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 X 3mm size 60mm long as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in below or above ground floor and paving exceeding 15 cm thick (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type 1:5:10 (type E2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) 40mm using graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate 25mm thick as in flooring etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 400x400mmx 7 to 12mm thick in floors etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match etc including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for in repairs white vitreous china squatting pan orissa pattern of size 580mm x 440 mm, with integral foot rest and P or S trap connection to trap and to flushing pipe front or back inlet including, trap and taking out old WC & connections including 110mm PVC (SWR) WC connector with lip ring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flush tank in repair, white, 10 litre capacity with inlet ball valve, float & handle including brackets complete high level, flush pipes of PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern, rubber cones, PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nut of length 600 mm, 15mm CP angle stop valve fancy type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) Gully trap 125/110 mm setting & jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) floor trap 75 mm dia, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of any existing roof treatment including layer of bitumen felt, concrete padding,tiling and benching including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the factory premises complete all as specified and directed. (any thickness) and removing to distance 0.5 km to 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measure and paid separately

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and can bear upto 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using Asian paints Smartcare Damp Proof Ultra or equivalent and having Sun Reflectivity Index(SRI) of 106.59 on top of concrete roof in three coats@10 liter/10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and second coat of undilutated elastomeric waterproofing liquid, followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 200 microns) with waterproofing guarantee of 10 years. Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by removing Dust, Algae, Fungus, Oil, grease, etc and crack filling after making V-section groove by Smartcare Textured or equivalent crack filler wherever required. For Tile mosaic surface use Smartcare Terrace Tile primer or equivalent for better adhesion. Use geotextile fleece for accessible terraces. The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Triparty MOU shall be signed between MES, Contractor and Liquid Waterproofing Membrane manufacturing company for Pre,during and Post work completion site inspections. 2. An amount of 10% of this item shall be retained from every RAR and shall be released only after submission of "10" years guarantee bond by the contractor with respect to waterproofing works.

Material and labour Providing, cement concrete1:2:4 (type B0) using12.5 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, chajja ,parapet wall rounded or chamfered on edges span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
