Supply and laying of PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm.

Supply and laying of PCC cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with ISI mark.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed along wall including dismentling of existing cable of following sizes:- Make: Finolex/Polycab/Havells

Supply and laying HT XLPE cable insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11KV grade, including dismantling of existing cable.

Laying only LT underground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade of 95 sqmm 3.5 core size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note1 : Excavation, PCC Cable cover and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for seperately. (Note2:- LT cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing)

M & L Cable jointing kit heat shrink type for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including dismantling old burnt cable joint termination.

All as per item No 11 above but for outdoor end termination.

All as per item No 11 above but for straight through joint.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm including dismantling old burnt cable joint termination.

M&L for fixing GI tubing 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCCB 400 Amps, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 36kA braking capacity including dismantling old one. Make : L&T/LEGRAND/C&S

Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/440V transformer including the following works for 300 to 500 KVA capacity as detailed here under including the following complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop including loading unloading complete.. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover, coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting inside transformer over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete. Note :- (i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings, oil for cleaning etc. and any other minor works and material (other than listed separately in tender) required for re-assembling all dismantled parts are deemed to be included the rate quoted by contractor. (iii) The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane shall be deemed to be included quoted rate.

All as per item No 25 above but 100 to 200 KVA transformer

M & L for rewinding of transformer, including dismantling, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak /unserviceable HT coil assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enamelled copper wire including drying, baking etc complete and remove the secondary coil assembly remove the insulation rewind with same coil and re-insulated. Assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, install, test and commissioning complete. NOTE : (i) Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate deemed to be included for transportation, lifting, testing and commisioning including guarantee of one year.

Filteration of insulating oil with high pressure vaccum filteration plant.

Supply & fill transformer oil after draining out existing transformer oil and flush out the bottom of the transformer with fresh transformer oil EHV grade after filtration attains BDV upto 50 KV for transformer 11 KV/433 V. Note: Cost of oil for flushing the bottom of transformer is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Make : Power Oil.

Supply and fill in repairs existing breather silca jel of superior quality for transformer breather.

Supply and fix in repairs breather of transparent PVC material with silca jel including replacement for transformer upto 500 KVA.

Supply & fixing temperature gauge suitable size for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply & fixing level indicator glass of existing size of the transformer of any capacity including replacement of allied gaskets complete and draining out transformer oil from conservator.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT panel by removing all dust etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including of identification etc all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification Nos, capacity etc of transformers upto 500 KVA all as directed.

Servicing and repair/maintenance of APFC panel Board heavy duty auto/manual operation including repairs/replacement of fuses, fuse link, contacts, current transformers and checking, replacing of defective control wiring if any replacement of defective cable lugs, patch work welding, replacement of defective door hinges including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc and testing and commissioning complete for upto 100 KVA all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing power factor correction capacitors Heavy duty capacitor for 3 phase, 440 V & 50 HZ, AC electric supply system for permissible non-linear load 15% of 5 KVAR capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation disintergrated hard rock filling earth of 15 mm thick and privision of earth pit provision of 20mm dia eith funel PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

M & L for Heavy gang operated triple pole mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators per phase non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KV 200 Amps including taking down old one.

M & L for 11 KV Heavy Drop Out Fuse complete in each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, polymeric insulator, vitreous145mm high and 255 mm dia and socket type, including taking down old unsv.

S&F for Pin type polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade including dismantling the old U/S insulator.

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11000 KV pole mounting with polymeric insulator complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA including removing the defective one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F volt meter digital panel mounting type of size 96 mm x 96 mm range 0 to 500 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Ammeter panel mounting type of size 96 mm x 96 mm range 0 to 200 Amps with CT coil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F neon type indicator lamp switch by various colour 230 V AC suitable size to match the existing complete all as specified and directed..

S & F selector switch suitable for volt meter completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of 11 KV Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of any make at NAD/MO Goa sub station which includes disconnecting, removing old grease, re-greasing of moving parts with recommended grease and checking of the entire breaker trolley mechanism,checking of the closing and tripping time in milli seconds using high precision time scope timer, measurements of contact resistance and insulation values, cleaning the complete VCB by opening front and back doors, tightening of cable connections, checking & repairing the current circuit panel wiring, relay etc and re-assembling & re-installing the VCB back to its original position including testing and commissioning after completion of work all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : The cost for minor spares such as operating handles, screws,nuts,bolts, washers indicating lamps, lamp holders, HRC fuses,fuse carriers etc shall be included in the rate quoted for the item. Servicing shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommended checklist.
