20 mm thick in slabs

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressureat exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural element @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles.

M & L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make. Apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in M/S Krishna Conchem Products/ STP Ltd. Note- Universal polymerised repairs mortars single pack like pagel U40 or Dr fixit micro concrete may also be used

M&L for Providing super fluid Micro concrete - Roof concrete in repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc including mixing 5mm to 10mm size aggregates water proof plywood / steel plate shuttering, pouring tamping, consolidating, curing etc complete all as per manufacturers specofication and consultant instruction. Note: The item will be paid on actual consumption of micro concrete.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete masonry with Grade C-5.0, (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of OBD over alkali resistant primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over alkali resistant primer over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Preparation, Cleaning the surface, removing the laitance, greese, old paints, contaminants, moss etc. with wire brush / high preesure jet. Damaged or loose plaster to be replaced & repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Small cracks upto 5mm needs to be repaired with crack filling material Dr. Fixit Crack X and the cracks above 5mm shall be repaired by polymer modified mortar with Pidicrete URP. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in Sika/ STP Ltd.

Providing & Applying Dr. Fixit Primeseal – primer for the exterior coating composed of acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers, white pigments & additives in water as a medium as per manufacturers' recommendation. The material shall meet the requirement of ASTM D 1227 – 87, Type III standard.

Providing & Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic, high quality acrylic emulsion polymer, light fast & weather durable pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers, additives & biocides coating. It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings. The system composed of a single coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating, followed by a single coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic top Coat to achieve a total DFT of 180 microns. The system shall comply to: Elongation: 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength: 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water resistance as per SS 500, crack bridging capacity: 2mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Hydraustatic pressure: 7 Bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation complying as per EN 1062 part 6, RCPT: low as per ASTM C 1202.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confrming to Fe 410-W including cleats,distance pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall of building/Hangar, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs multi polycarbonate plain sheeting of required colour fixed withcoach screw / machine rivets including all washer / nut bolt etc including aluminium angle 25mm x 25mm x 2mm thick around frames of free or front edges and strip top , bottom section with rubber gasket of width 50mm for jointing / fixing of sheets as required including scaffolding of height 10 to 15 mtr and fixing as per manufacturer instuctions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium doors powder coated (of approved colour) with frame of section 100mm x 44mmx 1.50mm thick and shutter with bottom rail of section 150mm x 44.5mm x1.50mm thick , middle rail of section 85mm x 44.5mmx 1.50mm thick and top rail of section 804mm x 44.5mmx1.50mm thick and styles of section 80.4mmx 44.5mmx1.50mm thick with 4mm thick glass (plain / tinted with laminated film) fixed with aluminium bead and gaskets , aluminium push plate , aluminium handle of 150mm wide and 1.5mm thick, 150mm long aluminium tower bolt, brass mortice lock complete all as per CEAA / TD/ 63 sheet No.2.2 complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium partition powder coated (of approved colour) with frame of section 100mm x 44mmx 1.50mm thick with 4mm thick glass (plain / tinted with laminated film) or prelaminated particle board fixed in position with aluminium beading including necessary rubber gaskets complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eves, gutters and rain water pipe (any size or pattern) incl all fittings,heads, shoes,bends and swan neck etc incl cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Rain Water Pipe 150 mm dia including all fittings, head, shoes, branches all as specified fixed in wall including joint with PVC adhesive

M & L for brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down, smoke, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil etc from old surfaces of wall plastered or unplastered including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 33.00 above but for ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old surface and apply one coat of cement base paint on old walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protections / hardstanding, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removal of demolished debries to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km n. exc 5 Km and depositing at a level n. exc 1.5 m above GL complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of area over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of area over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
