Taking out unservicable street light, security light fitting complete from different locations/poles of any sizes, makes, model and refixing after replacement of defective items including replacement of defective wiring, cleaning of acrylic cover/ diffusers, replacement of unservicable screws and nuts complete all as required and directed. Note:- Replacement of defective items shall be measured and paid seprately.

S&F in repair sheet moulding compound junction box (SMC) suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 6/ 10/ 16 Sqmm UG cable including one in Nos MCB SP 0.5 Amps including cable glandes 2 Nos and two way connector 1 No complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS Clamp, nut, bolt and washer measured and paid seperately.

Taking down existing MS articles and S&F new Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

S&L High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of 20mm dia pressure rating PN 6 (SDR 21) laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as spcified and directed.

S&L PVC unarmoured 1100V grade three core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm including lugs on both ends and including connection laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of UNSV GI bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade bent to required shape of 1.20 mtr long and fixing to pole/wall with suitable size of nut, bolts and clamps made out of MS Flat 40 x 5 mm and fixing of 2.50 m long copper conductor cable multistranded of 2.5 Sqmm PVC cable from overheadline to fitting connection box all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC unarmoured 1100V grade, stranded aluminium conductorcable of size 4 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Surge protector of LED street light with specifications to match the existing street light fitting including dismantling defective driver from existing light fitting complete all as directed. Note: Rate for fixing included in item No.8

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of HT concrete pole by removing all dirt, dust etc. and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of Apex emulsion paint of approved colour including cross arms/bracing support on poles painted with one coat of Aluminium paint and writing of pole Nos etc. complete all as directed

S&F in replacement aluminium land scape luminaries (LED bollard) of 8 watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz with IP 65 protection with robust design and efficient light distribution including excavation and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement heritage type post top lantern with warm light 40 Watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz with IP65 with dia cast aluminium spigot, powder coated aluminium reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser, all accessories and prewired complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing integrated model of automatic street light control 6 KW single phase as a pole mountable enclosure consisting of Astromonical Timer Switch, power Contactor of 32 Amps/TP, MCB of 40 Amp/SPN with mounting brackets, cable glands, openable door with lock and key and the enclosure of IP54 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and erecting in replacement high strength filament wound glass fiber reinforced polymer composite poles translucent conical 7 M long with standing wind speed 180 Km/Hr, including tri-colour LED of Orange, white and green light, top outer dia 105 mm and bottom outer dia 215 mm, poles are wound on multi axix CNC filament winding machines using low angles for high strength and including One street light fitting angle single arm 1 meter length. The pole must have alogo inprinted upon as directed. The resin is also designed to be chemically resistant according to IS 6746 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Pole drawing along with details of base plate, foundation bolts and foundation details of RCC shall be submitted along with poles for approval before execution of work (ii) Size of foundation shall be minimum 55 x 55 x 50 cm filled with RCC duly reinforced with 10 mm dia bars. (iii) Quoted rates include provision of foundation, RCC, nut, bolts and washers, connector block for 3 phase and one neutral for cable termination.
