Material and labour for PCC Type B-1 1: 2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on block masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces & applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings, MS pipe for post and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc (Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coat of Anti corrossive paint over a coat of anti corresive primer complete all as specified and directed..

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials,steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for DWC high density polyethylene pipes having dia 50mm having outer side wall corrugated and inner surface plain confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I & II) including straight/bend couplers to join two pipes for protection of underground cable laid in trenches/floor/fixed on pole/wall including all fittings and clamps as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls /poles,bore of pipe 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring complete as specified with 1100 V grade 1.5 Sqmm two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade, conforming to relevant IS, drawn through and including PVC non metallic conduit (ISI Marked) with all accessories concealed in wall , ceiling, including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls with 3 mm thick laminated Hylem sheet top cover fixed with brass screws for housing switches, socket, regulator etc including one run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS grade as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and earth dolly including testing complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board controlled by one switch.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65x50 mm, two to three terminals complete.

S & F LED tube light fitiing 20W with flexible connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED building security light fitting 60w fixing on wall with 30mm GI angle with suitable for security light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure (DB) for MCB's, 4 way, single pole and neutral, 240 volts, double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole & Neutral, 6-32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x not less than 6mm, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of GI/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point/MCB DBs all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust ,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 15 mmand GI watering pipe 20mm medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,40 mm thick precast RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15(Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and directed.
