M&L for development of lawn area by planting Carpet/soft grass maintain as approved by GE incl 125mm thick base of good soil well seived 90?% passed through IS Seive of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreighn materials suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally red incl cost of all royality and carriage, all tools, plants, taxesc octoi etc watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform green surface with and incl 25mm thick manure of well decayed well dried well powdered without clodes and free from stones dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of manure shall be black. The manure screened through sieve at 1.5 designation 4.75 micron throughly mixed with top 50mm layer of soil incl watering and uniform cutting so as to give a uniform free surface Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting palm tree ( Fox tail palm ) approx ht 1.2m including necessary forming pit 110x110x110cm and providing and filling manure mix sweet soil, watering daily and maintaining a period of 90 days from the date of completion. Complete all as specified and directed.
