Removal of surplus soil/rock excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade , cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down and necessaary excavation road cutting and making good disturbed and excavated surfaces /road/pathway etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Old UNSV/Burnt cable will be handed over to contractor against schedule of credit. .

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, steel earth plate connected with copper strip 20 X 3 MM as earthing lead by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel GI protection pipe 15 mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No 5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board/ Main DB including excavation earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, concrete pit , RCC cover in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 duly reinforced with MS Bars 06 mm dia at the rate of 150mm centre to centre both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LT control panel board, indoor type , double , floor mounted overall size not less than 1500X 1200X 500 MM , having independent compartment for bus bar , incoming feeder and each out going feeders, dust and vermin proof & lockable factory made , fabricayed out of 3 MM thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 phase , 4 wire 415 Volts 50 Hz , AC supply bus bar chamber with copper bus bar of 800 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code supported on epoxy insulators-01 set including necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/MCBs /Change over swtich ./inter connections common earth bus bar of GI strip 32 X 6 MM at bottom with panel boards at two earth terminals , cable glands with independant plates aat bottom for each out going and incoming cables in cable alley panel board and painted with powder coating in seimens grey colour and provision for the follwing incoming and out going accessories all as approved and comprising as under:- Incoming : Provision of MCCB 4 pole , 400 Amp 415 Volt -01 Nos, (b) Digital Volt meter 0-500 V size 96 X 96 MM square type with selector swtich -01 Set , (c) Digital Amp meter 0-400 Amp , size 96 X 96 MM square type with selector stich -01 Set, (d) Copper wound with CTR 400/5 -01 Set, (e) Indicator lamps (LED type) showing R,Y,B phase -01 Set, Out going : Provision for MCCB 4 Pole , 250 A 415 V -02 Nos, (b) Provision of MCCB 4 pole , 200 A 415 V-03 Nos (c) Provision for MCCB 4 pole , 160 A , 415 Volt -01 Nos, (d) M & L for necessary fixing arrangements by drilling and provision of foundation bolts in the existing floor complete-01 Job

Suplly & Fix including taking down old UNSV Air Circuit Breaker with new air circuit breaker of capacity 4 pole 415 V electrical drawout type of capacity 800 Amps 3 phase 4 wire 415 V electric supply withrated current of over current trip device of 800 Amp rated ultimate breaking / making capacity of 50 KA and rated service breaking/making capacity of 45 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair Battery Manuel charger Unit of Rating 30 V, 20 A and AC input 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, DC output 34.5 V, 20 A including Dry type sealed maintenance free batteries rating of each battery 12 volt 100 AH with analog voltmeters, Ammeters etc all are fitted in suitable MS sheet enclosures hinged front operated type suitable for the operation of existing HT 33/11 KV VCB Outdoor/Indoor Panels.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confiming to IS 14930 heavy duty 100/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. Complete as specified and directed.
