Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm with ISI mark factory made complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm from MRSS Vajrakosh to proposed CSS all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate is inclusive of HT cable route indicators at a distance of 50 m each.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 to 120 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing the following Vacume Circuit breaker 11 KV, 3 phase 50 cycle ( 50 HZ) totally enclosed metal clad switch gear panel factory made, powder coated board with indoor vacuum circuit breaker floor mounted with common copper tinned bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Proposed VCB shall be fixed and matched with existing VCB by installing same make or by means of extended adopter box including extended bus bar of same capacity all as required . Rate of extended adopter box including extended bus bar deemed included in quoted rate of proposed VCB(a) One No 800 Amps capacity triple pole metal clad HT control panel totally enclosed extendable pattern air insulated metal clad housing, floor mounting vertically isolated, vermin proof, fully interlocked horizontal draw out type having double isolation features & control device with grounded neutral system and equipped with the following equipment. (i) One set of 3 phase 800 Amps air insulated, tinned copper bus bar with insulated colour coating. (ii) One set of side frame for housing for circuit breaker carriage. (iii) 6 Nos 800 amps isolators plugs. (iv) One set of mechanical interlock and automatic shutter system

(v) One 800 Amp triple pole 350 MVA rupturing capacity VCB with automatic drop out and manually charged and motor operated spring closed mechanism complete with auxiliary switches, truck mounted draw out, vacuum circuit breaker, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication, mechanical indication "ON" push button for emergency trip & 30 Volts DC trip coil. (vi) One cable box suitable for reception for 95/185 sqmm HT XLPE 3 core under ground cable 11000 volts pressure. (vii) 03 Nos double wound current transformer dual ratio 150/100/ 5-5 amps for protection and metering having adequate VA burden and accuracy. (viii) One set of 4 Nos LED lamp for indicate ON/OFF/Trip/charging.

(ix) One 3 phase horizontal draw out type voltage transformer 100 VA burden and accuracy mounted on the draw able housing for 11000 volts/ 110 volts with protection fuse. (x) 144 mm square type CT operated flush pattern digital amps meter scaled with dual range 0-200 amps with three way on/off rotary selector switch. (xi) One set of 3 pole micro process relay 3 phase over current , earth fault relay MC – 61 CNX suitable for incoming panel. (xii) One 144 mm square PT operated flush pattern analog volt meter 0-15 KV scaled operated with and including three way rotary type selector switch. (xiii) One No volt coil to trip the VCB on failure of electric supply.

(xiv) One set of mechanical interlock and automatic shutter gear. (xv) 230 volts AC single phase 80 watt rated strip heater with switch and thermostat space heating. (xvi) Provision of 30 volts DC tripping system with suitable power pack including, siren/ horn alarm and accept switch and over voltage protecting relay. (xvii) Provision of motor charging with AC motor. (xviii) Inbuild Power pack 30 v dc to be provided with panel at least for 30 minuite Back Up.

Supply, fixing, installing, commissioning and testing 11 KV outdoor type compact sub-station consisting of BIS & BEE Certified 11/0.433 KV, oil type transformer HV, LV panel inside 2 mm thick GI sheet polyurethane metallic painted with all interconnections as per the IEC 62271.202 complete in all respect consisting of following items & as per detailed technical specifications. The CSS shall be fully factory assembled. NO ASSEMBLY AT SITE SHALL BE PERMITTED. MV 11 KV, 630A, 18 kA draw out type Vacuum Circuit Breaker as transformer feeder. Fabrications using 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel, ingress protection IP4X solidly earthened at suitable foundation complete with internal wiring RYB lamps consisting of following :-

(A) Vaccume circuit breaker 11 KV For Incoming Vacume Circuit breaker 11 KV, 3 phase 50 cycle ( 50 HZ) totally enclosed metal clad switch gear panel factory made, powder coated board with indoor vacuum circuit breaker floor mounted with common copper tinned bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One No 800 Amps capacity triple pole metal clad HT control panel totally enclosed extendable pattern air insulated metal clad housing, floor mounting vertically isolated, vermin proof, fully interlocked horizontal draw out type having double isolation features & control device with grounded neutral system and equipped with the following equipment. (B) LT Panel (1) MCCB 500 Amps, 415V 4 pole, 35 KA with adjustable thermal release-01 No (incoming) (2) MCCB 4 pole with adjustable thermal release setting 35 KA, 400 Amps-01 No (for APFC Panel)(O/G) (3) MCCB 250 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 35 KA with adjustable thermal release-02 Nos(O/G) (4) MCCB 200 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 35 KA with adjustable thermal release-01 No(O/G) (5) MCCB 100 Amps, 415V, 4 pole, 35 KA with adjustable thermal release-01 No(O/G) (6) Voltmeter digital type range 0-500 Volts with inbuilt selector switch and of suitable size-01 No (7) Ammeter digital type range 0-630 Amps with inbuilt selector switch and suitable CT’s and of suitable size-01 No (8) TPN Busbar 800 amps - 1set

(C) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE : Outdoor type enclosure made of minimum 2.0 mm thick GI/ CRCA MS sheet. The enclosure shall have IP 54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear for transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be polyurethane metallic painted. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment, interconnection between HT switchgear & transformer using XLPE single core cable & interconnection between transformer & LT switchgear using bus bars internal earthing connection. All metallic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point.

(D) Transformer - Distribution transformer stepdown , 11KV/0.433KV , Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest ammanmendts , indoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 315 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side ,Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in step of 2.5 %. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: :maximum allowable losses at full load (100 % ) & Half Load ( 50 % )shall not be exceeded 1.12 % & 0.79 % Respectively as per GRlHA RATING, Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180.

The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 .The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge, and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications : -

(a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c ) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather

(j) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (k) Type of connection Delta/Star (l) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (m) Vector group:DYN 11. (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum. (o) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. (p) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (q) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge. (E) INTERCONNECTION & EARTHING : Internal factory connection between HT switchgear & transformer shall be done using IC x 3 x 95 Sqmm XLPE single core cable & interconnections between transformer & LT switchgear using bus bars. Internal earthing connections. All metallic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.75 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32x6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply & Laying GI tubing light grade of size 100 mm with necessary fittings as in cable protection laid in trenches/fixed on wall / floor/road crosssing etc including necessary clamps bolts and nuts and then making surface good complete all as specified and as directed
