S & F in repairs 1x120 watts LED street/ security light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in repairs Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 32/40 mm dia, light grade bend to shape suitable for below mentioned security light fitting with necessary MS clamps with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including nut, bolt, washers etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 200 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on PCC pole/high mast pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 50x50x6mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp 32x6 mm with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection, as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED flood light fitting 250 watts made in pressure die cast aluminium housing and reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with IP66 protection complete with all accessories such as LED's and electronic driver, internally prewired including necessary fixing arrangement on PCC pole/high mast pole/wall by providing MS angle iron bracket 50x50x6mm of adequate length as per site requirement with MS flat iron clamp 32x6 mm with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and making cable connection as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs wind LED well glass luminaries 1x30 watts Energy saving, environment friendly & robust open type vertical LED luminaries with high power LED as light source all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs LED High bay luminaries 1x150 watts High bay luminaries with pressure die-cast housing, integrated PC optics and 150 lm/W e cacy. 4 kV in-built and 10 kV external surge protection. IP66 ingress protection with additional safety chain all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CFL bulb and Supply and fix retrofit LED bulb 12/15W 240volts, 50Hz, including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cable junction boxes IP 66 protected “halogen free and weather proof” suitable for outdoor type ( with metric knockouts for cable entry) of size 139 x 119 x 70 mm including necessary suitable size new aluminium bus bar 04 Nos mounted on saddles suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system of suitable length and thickness, provision of new aluminium cable lugs for incoming & out going LT cable connections with junction box fixing clamps made up of GI flat 25 x 3 mm, nut and bolt on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED post top made in die-cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser with white powder coated aluminium reflector IP-65 protection of 40 watts capacity and including connections service wire with 3 run of 1.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed multistranded wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED post top made in die-cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser with white powder coated aluminium reflector IP-65 protection of 20 watts capacity and including connections service wire with 3 run of 1.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed multistranded wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings., etc) from various locations, Supply and Laying underground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing/hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. (b) Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel/bottle neck type/ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size/description are deemed to include in this rate.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard / dense soil getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft / disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Energy efficient surface Mounted LED luminaries 18/20 watts 4' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories including necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.75 mtr and removal of old unserviceable lights complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED luminaries 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete and necessary fixing arrangement at any height and removing old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix recess mounting high lumen LED flat panel 1'X1' 18 Watt, white powder coated CRCA housing with high power LED, aluminium front frame with flat white high transmission acrylic cover, internally prewired, 230V, complete with all accessories such as electronic driver, LED strip, connector block etc. and necessary fixing arrangement at any height and removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Substation yard along with fencing, around the pole, under the HT/LT transmission lines, yards or any description by manually / mechanically and keep the substation yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lamination of street light and touching LT/HT Over head line including removing trimmed tree branches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and wrapping of LT insulation tape 12 mm width in 5 mtr roll complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated 3 core stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape PVC sheathed 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection/light connections in poles from junction box to fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair informatory sign boards / display chart with single side writing over foam sheet of 4 mm thick (maximum size 2 mtr x 1 mtr) fixed on wall with screw nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Subject of writing for Notice / sign board to be provided by Eng- in-charge.

M & L for painting of LT panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun and marking of all incoming and outgoing MCB/MCCBS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Analog time switch fixed in timer panel including connection with screw nuts and bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
