M&L Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CSR bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, column , cantilevers, shelves, slabs including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, chajja, steps, staircase, slabs supported on walls, beams and columns cantilever, lintels over 1.5 m span, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying 15 mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats on masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces with ad including mixing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as specified & directed. M&L for rendering/screed bed 10 mm thick on roof surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on ceiling or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Apply a coat of SmartCare Primero with dilution ratio of 1:1 with water maintain a coverage of 100 sq.ft/ltr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment preperation of old surface wall/ceilling by scrapping/ rubbing, filling of cracks with smart crack filler, applying, two coat of advanced anti-algal weather proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives,over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Asian paint damp proof+ultima suprema,exterior anti fungal paint or equivalent), on plastered surfaces walls/ceilling and cornires brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty of Birla wall care or equivalent wherever required complete all as manufacturers instructions.

M&L for applying one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces over 3mm thick Birla white wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick putty on ceilling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bond distemper including preparation the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment applying 3 mm thick putty on ceilling in two layers and applying two coat of oil bond distemper including preparation the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to (swimming pool) diving board FRP laminated with 99.7% water resistant polyester resin compositly reinforced with CSM-450 chopped glass stand mat molded with anti slippery top laminated with wr-300 mat, thickness 2.5''-1.5'', 16ft (4.80mtr) long each with roller and stand including removing of old diving board and repair to disturb surface make good complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for complete barracating the area by providing scaffolding and provide the cover of polythine or equivalent on Swimming pool water area of approx 100 sqm and 9 m height complete all as directed

Removing building materials by truck or tractor with using of if necessary JCB machine and trolly load min 3.00 Cum each load including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination and depositing out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

(Manufatured by : Asian paints damp proof + Ultima suprma or Equivalents Make). Note The Application of paint to be done by the authorised applicators of asian paint or eqlt make and contractor shall submit a written gurantee with the authorized dealer of 8 years for any type of colour fading,peeling,flaking,growth of fungus,seepage of water through the paint applied area or any other damages to the paint). Also the dealer shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of the system in stage wise manner.

Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min. 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, water based primer and applying SmartCare PU Magnum or approved equivalent in two to three coats to achieve a min. thickness of 1.2 mm, etc. complete as per Manufacturere specifications and as directed.

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in rolled sections as in framing for cladding or door frame, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated Steel Sheeting of any gauge or similar pattern Roof Coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed in repair with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls for rain water pipe including clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm bore any radius with rubber ring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore any radius with rubber ring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium composite panel of 4 mm thick with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25 mm thick (coloured sheet as approved) aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 17 % resin for anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties and the centre core shall be with natural polythelene (LDPE or HDPE) bonded to the aluminium skin on both sides. Claddin panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm with angle cleats including weather sealants, rivets, GI brackets all as approved using suitable bolts on wall including necessary accessories complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed at site.
