S & F rolled sections as in main and cross beam hips and jack, rafters, purlines where connected to common rafters and running rail and guide for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats Fe- 290-W (gde-E-165)

Material & Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any descriptions, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes for similar holes each n exe 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil returning filling in and ramming earth.

E/M PORTION Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven generating set 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, engine as per IS : 100001/100002 complete with standard control panel, of capacity continuous rating 100 KVA/80 KW at NTP conditions with acoustic enclosure and canopy cover considering all derating factors as applicable alongwith AMF Panel suitable for 100 KVA DG Set at 6 TTR Ponda and comprising of the following :- Make - (a) Kirloskar Green (b) Sudhir (c) Mahindra and Mahindra (d) Crompton Greaves. (a) ALTERNATOR : Self regulated with brushless self excitation 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 0.8 P.F., 1500 RPM, with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load foot mounted, screen protected drip proof type with class 'F' insulation, steel ball/roller bearings at both ends of the alternator shaft, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers, conforming to BS-2613/IS-4772, capable of supplying unbalanced load, alternator Make : Kirloskar Electric / Caterpillar / Stamford / Crompton Greaves / Jyoti/ Sudhir (b) PRIMEMOVER (Engine) : Prime mover shall be of Kirloskar Oil Engines / Cummins / Caterpillar / Ruston Make and water cooled, naturally Aspirated, heavy duty suitable for generating set application, suitable for developing required BHP at 1500 RPM at NTP conditions to drive the alternator of 100 KVA/80 KW capacity with load capacity of 110% for any one hour in any 12 hrs. Diesel Engine shall be as per the CPCB norms, vertical totally enclosed, electric start, compression engine, 4 stroke, designed to run continously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS-5514 standard complete with (i) Radiator with fan (ii) Fly wheel for suit flexible coupling with starter ring (iii) Mico fuel pump with Mechanical Governer (iv) Oil bath type air cleaner (v) Exhaust silencer RESIDENTIAL TYPE (vi) Lub-oil filter (Spun on type) (vii) Fuel oil filter (Spun on type) (viii) 12 Volt electric starting system (ix) Batteries charging alternator (x) Engine control panel comprising of followings :- (a) Starting switch with key (b) Push button ON/OFF (c) Ammeter with selector switch (d) Voltmeter with selector switch (e) Pilot lamps for set ON (f) Oil and water temprature gauge (g) Hours meter cum RPM meter (h) Emergency push stop button. (xi) First fill of lub oil. (xii) Engine safety devices as per recommendations of OEM. (xiii) Exhaust gas drive turbo charger system (c ) SKID : The engine and alternator will be coupled,aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from M.S. channels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration pads. Make:- Dunlop/ Polybond of reqd size and numbers as recommended by the manufacturers for mounting of 100 KVA/80 KW D.G. set. (d) Acaustic encloser : Sound proofing of the enclosure should be done with quality rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of densities with secured with perforated epoxy paint. (e) PCC/RCC foundation complete as per manufacturers own design/ Or as per directions of Engineer-in- charge (f) Documents : Three sets of following documents :- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catalogue, warranty/test certificates, schematic diagrams of control panels. Notes for item srl No. 1 : (I) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test at site of DG set for 12 hours including run on 110% load for 1 hour. (ii) Testing eqpt at site will be arranged by the contractor and cost to be included in the lump sum amount and not extra payment will be made. (iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the lump sum amount quoted by the contractor. (iv) Cost of maintenance free battery as per design of manufacturer is included in over all cost quoted. (g) AMF Panel : Automatic mains failur (AMF) panel made of CRCA sheet 2mm thick including necessary arrangement to install esting and commissioning & Connecting to load cable upto changeover switch suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation The electricalconnection of digital multi fuctional meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side soo that monitoring of verious parameters viz. Voltage, current, KW, KVA, PF frequency etc shall be done both mains and DG.

Supply, lay and connect cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 cor.

Ditto as per item No. 9, but of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core

Ditto as per item No. 9, but of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core

Material & Labour for brick protection using old size sub classs 'B' New bricks laid flat dry but jointed laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before layingof cable and 15cm thick after lying of cable in trenches complete all specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 80 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete for Transformers/ LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) and connecting strip to earth plate by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and thimbles at two places (minimum), earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRA approved Feeder pillar, outdoor cubicle type weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size, suitable to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system , 415volts, 50 Hz double door with front and rear openable with locking arrangement incl frame of panel with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm, inner shutters for mounting switchgears etc, independent bottom gland plate for each incoming & outgoing cable of suitable size as per switchgear rating, having apron on 3 sides of panel from base to ground level prewired complete duly powder coated with 7 tank process comprising with following complete all as specified:- (i) Bus bar strip,four pole and capacity 450 Amps copper strip of suitable size based on 1.5 Amps per sqmm, coloured with plastic coated insulated and sleaves in four colours (Red,Yellow, blue and black) fixed on porcelain insulators with necessary nuts and bolts and washers etc (ii) INCOMING : - (a) MCCB 200 Amp, 415 V, 36 KA, 4 pole with fixed thermal magnetic release -01 Nos. (b) Panel meters with LCD display -1 No (c) Indicator with neon lamps for RYB , 3 Phase with MCBs set of three -01 set (d) Change Over Switch 4P 200A -01 No (iii) OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 100 Amp, 415 V, 25 KA, 4 pole with fixed thermal magnetic release -02 Nos. (b) MCCB 63 Amp, 415 V, 25 KA, 4 pole with fixed thermal magnetic release -02 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp, 240 V, 10 KA, C-Curve - 04 Nos. (d) Indicator with neon lamps for RYB , 3 Phase with MCBs set of three -04 sets

Re-outing /re-lying /Lt cable of size by taking up cable protection cover by excavation carefully all as specified and directed (Note :- Re-lying of servicecable protection cove/DWC pipe shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Exc removal and returning filling of soil will be measured under appropriate item of Sch 'A'

Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:3:4) duly engraved “MES LT CABLE" /"LT CABLE JOINT"coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in brown of size 150 x 150 x 900 mm fixed 300mm below ground level.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete using type D2(1:4:8) 40 mm agregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using cement plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by engr in Charge.
