M & L Reinforced cement concrete of M30 Design mix concrete using 20mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick, on other than fair faces of brick or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed. Total Quantity = 5.29 (SCH A PART -I) + 14.00 ( SCH A PART-II) = 19.29 Cum

M & L two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates (Plain or chequerred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel sections as in main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 250 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Providing and fixing 0.56 mm thick aluminium alloy colour coated roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper H*8 conforming to IS 737 and dimension as per IS Code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance and troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm at all heights, levels and locations. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART - II [ E/M ITEMS] S & F Fabrication, errection testing complete Hot dip galvanized IRON octagonal pole 7 metre long with Single arm bracket of size 1 mtr. with 40mm dia of GI pipe and 15 degree arm tilt suitable for wind speed up to 47 m/s, junction box. Dimension top 70mm and bottom 130mm, 3mm thickness, base plate 200mm x 200mm x 12mm as per BSEN ISO 146, with foundation bolts of 4 Nos of 20 mm dia 'J' EN8 grade bolt with nut and washer with MS template all as specified. Including finial and necessary Civil works like RCC/ PCC foundation earthwork etc complete Including taking down existing Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed. M & L Sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 15 cm below the cable and 8 cm after laying the cable, duly punned complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 Sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Submain wiring with 2 runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 volts, multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marked cable of size 1.5 Sqmm and one run of 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts green colour as continuous earth conductor drawn in and including PVC conduit medium grade of size 25 mm dia , ISI marked for sub-main wiring on surface in wall/roof etc. with required accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LED tube light fitting 1 x 20 W, 230V wall mounted integrated batten, 4 ft LED module fixed on wall/surface/ceiling shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4, type B1 with 8mm Tor steel @ 100mm C/c both way with lifting handle including necessary excavation, earthwork including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
