S&F in repairs prefabricated crimp curved galvanized roof sheet (colour coated) of required thickness (0.40 mm to 0.80 mm as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws and to match with existing cladding and roof sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing of prefabricated crimp curved galvanized roof sheet (colour coated) as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confrming to Fe 410-W including cleats, distance pieces, bolting, welding etc

S & F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy anti corrossive paint over a coat of zinc primer

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

S & F in repairs 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl all connecting bends.

M&L for taking out old bolts from any type of roof and sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and provision of new J/L hooks/6mm dia GI bolts and nuts all set in stiff white lead all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA with following protection parameters:- (i) Overload cut off and short circuit protection. (ii) Low / High voltage cut off. (iii) Single phase prevention alarm and cut off. (iv) Phase reversal cut off. (v) Digital Ammeter, Digital voltmeter. (vi) Stabilizer by pass system. (vii) Voltage adjustment switch for fine tuning of output voltage " Auto-Manual" selector switch to select mode of working. Push button switch to increase or decrease the output voltage when stabilizer is under manual control. (viii) Stabilizer unit shall be provided with bi-directional wheels for easy movement bi-direction.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3 1/2 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3 1/2 core.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/errection of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

S & F LT heat shrinkable Straight through cable Jointing kit, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 70sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved LT feeder piller box of size not less then(450MM x600MM 450MM) mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54), (front opening) with propper locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame size of 50mmx50mmx6mm with legs heights of 60cm and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with internal wiring, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as specified as directed with the undermentioned accessories. Note:-The cost of the PCC pedestal is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The panel will comprise of the following :-

(a) MCCB 4 pole, 125 Amps, breaking capacity 18 KA with extended rotary handle - 1 No (incoming).

(b) Aluminium Bus Bar 200 Amps for connecting outgoing cables

(c) Voltmeter 0-500 V with selector switch 01 set

(d) Amperemeter 0-100 Amps with CT and selector switch - 01 set

(e) Indicator lamp neon type (set of three set)
