M&L for chemical earthing pit with copper earth plate of size 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4m below normal ground level, connected to & including 32 x 6 mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts check nuts and washers made of copper and connected to test point including brazing and excavation and earth work in any type of soil, with charcoal 250 Kg, crystal salt 200 Kg, magnesium sulphate of 100 Kg and vegatable soil all around the plate 35 cm depth bottom to top of the plate full width of pin including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber of internal size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with wall thick ness of 120mm and 700mm x 700mm x 150mm bed concrete, precast PCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe, lugs, 80mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete after dismantling of old unserviceable earthing with all material etc all as specified and directed. (Note:-Earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m is included in the rate quoted)

M&L in repairs Galvanised iron earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or roof or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to roof /wall / RCC poles /RCC Structure (LT/HT) or any other indicated situation of size 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip with saddles and fixing screw as directed.

All as per item no 05 here in before but alluminum strip of size 25x3 mm complete.

All as per item no 05 here in before but copper strip of size 20x3 mm complete.

All as per item no 05 here in before but copper strip of size 32x6 mm complete.

M & L for servicing of Old earthing Pit chamber comprises the following specification:- (a) Disconnecting all connection from earthing pit and Panels (HT/LT)/RCC Poles/walls (b) Dismantling any type Old PCC chamber and cover and keep aside (c) Cleaning of all vegetation and excavation of soil (not less than 0.2 cum) and cutting rusted old GI Strip and connecting new GI strip as required. (d) Re-fixing Earthing chamber with cover including finishing/Plastering the earthing chamber including covers. (e) Re-connecting the earthing strip as initial. (f) Necessary painting of earth pit chamber cover. Note:- (a) Cost of GI strip not more up to 1.00 mtr is included in quoted rate. (b) The cost of jointing fixing item like nut, bolts, washers is included in quoted rates. (c) The finishing of damage portion of wall / PCC sub base/ cover etc of chamber is included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Testing earth resistance of earthing pit with suitable earth resistance tester in presence of MCM (Respective area) / JE and earth resistance report signed by JE and counter signed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The Contractor will maintain earth resistance register and to be deposited to AGE E/M-I Office on completion of contract.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed, Alluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, mounted on alluminium base plate rigid fixed on top roof height complete and insulated from base and taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and scrwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item no 15 here in before but soft/disintegrated rock complete.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing / PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe / cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish all as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material of soft/disintegrated rock from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as specified.

Supply and laying Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC), heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe having required accessories etc. in repair of existing PVC pipe complete as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls etc) from any locations, Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 300 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 (Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 21 here in before but of size 3.5 core 240 sqmm.

Taking down the old street light / flood / highway of any size by disconnecting all connection from LT RCC pole / Octagonal pole / wall / hangar of any height, checking / removing the carbon connection / fixing of new driver to the unserviceable street / security light and refixing the street light as existing complete all as directed. Note:- LED driver are measured and paid separately and labour charges for fixing of driver is included in the quoted rate.

Supply only LED driver with transformer suitable for 60 watts LED street light fitting suitable for existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED driver with transformer suitable for 90 watts LED street light fitting suitable for existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED driver with transformer suitable for 250 watts LED flood / highbay light fitting of complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with necessary fixing arrangement such as GI pipe, fixing clamp, brackets, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated 3 core stranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape PVC sheathed 2.5 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection / light connections in garden light from junction box to fittings complete in repair complete all as specified and as directed.
