(i) Cleaning of holes : Holes shall be cleaned by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.
(ii) Fixing of nozzles : 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles shall be inserted in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine cut to receive outlet of grouting gun. Nozzles shall be fixed inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. The system shall be cured for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles : Nozzles shall be cut by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.
