Comprehensive maintenance, repair & routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services and attending lift in case of emergency for a period of 11 months. The Lift is of fully automatic electrically operated goods lift with a carrying cap of 13 Passenger lift (G+5) with speed 0.5 metre per second with single speed motor and AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) complete with all standard accessories automatic and dual controlled operation centre opening door with door drive sliding steel doors including oiling and cleaning of controller, motor, machine, Oiling and greasing of guide rails and bearings, replacement of oil and all spares as required installed at Vishnu Building-01,Kapish Building-01,Manoranjan Building-01, Firdaus Building-01 and Shishir Building-01 (Total 05 Nos Lifts)NOFRA-II complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) Only Platinum Maintenance Agreement should be contracted from M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India. (b) Major worn out/ defective parts will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost and the cost is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) Contractor should submit copy of AMC agreement to GE. (d) Contractor has to submit monthly maint report for every month to the department..

Inspection of lift by lift inspector authorised by the Goa State Govt and submission of lift test certificate complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
