M & L for providing vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished, light shade, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing granite (of any type) tiles, 20mm thick, table rubbed and polished, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including casing and caping of suitable size, with all accessories, on wall/ ceiling, sunken switch / terminal box 1.12 mm thick, suitable modular top cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc.

S & F modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular fan regulator, step type, min 120 watt, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling fans complete with all accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep, white coloured, BEE five star rated with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, minimum air delivery of 210 CFM, service value 6.00, including connecting with 3 core flexible wire from ceiling fan to ceiling rose and marking of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit warranty/ guarantee cards to Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size, surface/ recessed, with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm cable, one run of 1.5 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length.

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' series, complete all as specified and directed.
